This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it when you use Swap Studio.

1) Data we process

• Account data: name, email address, password hash (never your plain password).
• Uploaded images: portrait images and earrings images you upload to generate results.
• Generated outputs: swapped images and optional videos.
• Payment records: transaction identifiers, amounts, package, and status (no raw card data is stored on our server).
• Technical logs: basic logs used for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

2) Why we process it

• To provide the service: generate swaps and videos, manage your account, and show your history.
• To prevent abuse: rate limiting, verification, and security logging.
• To process payments and credit purchases.

3) Retention (how long we keep files)

By default, uploads and results are kept temporarily. The system automatically deletes files older than 24 hours (best-effort). Your account and transaction history remain available until you request deletion, subject to legal obligations.

4) Sharing

If you explicitly share a creation to the public gallery, it becomes accessible via a unique share link. You can unshare at any time from your account.

5) Your GDPR rights

• Access, rectification, deletion, portability, and objection.
